How Our AI Agents Use Your Data

Our AI agents, including Jess (AI receptionist) and Marvin (AI marketing agent), process data to deliver the Service:

  • Jess may record and transcribe calls to answer questions, book appointments, capture leads and follow up with callers. Where calls are recorded, we follow applicable call-recording laws and provide notice where required.
  • Marvin processes business and campaign data to run local SEO, social media, paid ads, review marketing and lead generation on your behalf.

To power these agents we use trusted third-party AI and infrastructure providers. Any data shared with them is governed by contractual confidentiality terms and is used only to provide the Service. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your customers' personal data to train publicly available AI models.

How to opt in: You opt in by providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on one of our forms, or by giving verbal consent during a call with our AI receptionist.
